OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

10. Cost & Access Purpose

We built this tool as a low-cost alternative for people who cannot easily access or afford professional healthcare. It is designed to give you general information and options — the final decision, and any medical care, is yours. When in doubt, see a doctor.

11. No Professional Relationship

No use of the Service creates a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, therapist-patient, or any other professional relationship. We are not licensed to practice medicine in any jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration on a non-class basis, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. You and HealthCareInYourHand.AI waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
