  • They come with worry, a stressful thought, or after caffeine.

When to get checked
  • You're having thoughts of harming yourself — call a crisis line now.
  • Symptoms don't fade after 30 minutes and feel physically severe.
  • Panic attacks are affecting daily life — talk to a clinician.
