When it's usually nothing

- Better with movement, warm compress, or a gentle stretch.
- No numbness or weakness in your legs.
When to get checked
- Loss of bladder or bowel control.
- Weakness, numbness, or tingling in the legs.
- Pain after a fall, fever, or unexplained weight loss.
