- Better after water, food, or lying down for a few minutes.
- Triggered by turning your head or getting out of bed.
- You feel unsteady but not spinning wildly.
When to get checked
- With chest pain, trouble speaking, weakness on one side, or double vision.
- You fainted or nearly passed out.
- New severe headache with the dizziness.
