Dizziness

Dizziness often comes from dehydration, standing up fast, or inner-ear issues.

When it's usually nothing
  • Better after water, food, or lying down for a few minutes.
  • Triggered by turning your head or getting out of bed.
  • You feel unsteady but not spinning wildly.
When to get checked
  • With chest pain, trouble speaking, weakness on one side, or double vision.
  • You fainted or nearly passed out.
  • New severe headache with the dizziness.

Take a breath. Let's figure this out together.
