Fatigue

Feeling wiped out is usually about sleep, stress, or a passing bug.

When it's usually nothing
  • Improves after a full night's sleep or a rest day.
  • You had a stressful week, poor sleep, or a recent cold.
  • You can still do your usual tasks with some breaks.
When to get checked
  • Fatigue for weeks with no clear reason.
  • With shortness of breath, chest pain, or unexplained weight loss.
  • New fatigue with fevers or night sweats.
