Stomach pain
Most stomach pain is gas, indigestion, or a passing bug.
When it's usually nothing
- Comes in waves, eases after a bathroom trip or passing gas.
- You can still eat and drink small sips.
- You had something new to eat, or feel bloated.
When to get checked
- Severe pain in the lower right belly that keeps getting worse.
- Vomiting blood, black stools, or a hard/rigid belly.
- Pain with pregnancy, high fever, or fainting.
